White peaches are available from November to March. The flesh of white peaches has a delicate, floral sweetness, while yellow peaches have a more acidic taste.

For a juicy fruit, only store peaches in the fridge once they’re fully ripe, or they’ll never ripen. Keep between 0-2°C.
