Begin by choosing a fresh produce box. With a range of sizes, we’ve got a box that will keep your fridge full of fresh fruits and veggies all week long—whether you’re a family of two or ten. Here’s what you can choose from:

  • Our Small Mixed Box is perfect for a produce-loving single or couple and has 4-5 fruit selections and 4-5 vegetable selections.
  • Our Medium Mixed Box is great for a couple that loves to cook and may have a small child and has 4-5 fruit selections and 7-8 vegetable selections.
  • Our Large Mixed Box is the best choice for a vegetarian couple or larger families and has between 7-8 fruit selections and 9-10 vegetable selections.
  • Our Small Fruit Box is just right for folks who can’t go a day without fruit. It has 8-9 selections.
  • Our Small Veggie Box is a good fit for people who make veggies a main part of most meals. It has 8-9 selections.

Each week, our produce gurus select a seasonal assortment to get you started. Seven days before delivery, you’ll receive an email letting you know your box is ready to customise. Make unlimited substitutions, add more of the items you love, or remove things you don’t need.

Next, visit the shop to add other product, natural, and local foods like fresh milks, eggs, pies, favourite snacks to your order.

You have a week to edit your cart, switch your box size, change your delivery day, or skip an order—right up until 12 p.m. (noon) the day before your delivery. After that, your order will lock and we’ll start packing. On your scheduled delivery day, we’ll bring your order right to your doorstep—delivery is just $5 or, for orders over $75, it’s free!

There is no commitment. At any time, you can cancel your subscription or skip your delivery.

You can skip a delivery anytime! Travelling? Don’t need deliveries for a few weeks? You can either skip a week at a time or cancel your subscription and sign back up when you’re ready to have good food delivered again.

Remember, you’ll need to skip an order by 12 p.m. (noon) the day before delivery. Otherwise, your order will lock and be delivered to your doorstep.

You can cancel your subscription at any time by clicking the Cancel button in your Account settings. You will be put in contact with a customer care representative and they will take care of it for you!

Cancellation changes must be made before 12 p.m. (noon) the day before your delivery day, otherwise your order for the week will still arrive.

Your box subtotal will vary slightly each week based on its contents and may change based on the substitutions and additions you make.

Yes, the minimum order is $17.99. This means that if your cart subtotal is below $17.99 when your order locks, we will not deliver your order. Please note there is a $5 delivery fee for all orders under $75.

We offer free delivery on orders $75 or more. Otherwise, delivery is $5.00.

Free delivery is valid only on orders with a subtotal of $75 or more. If you’ve double-checked and your subtotal is above $75, but you still see a delivery charge, reach out to our Customer Care team here.

Never. Add as many groceries as you want to your cart & delivery will always be a flat rate of $5.00, unless, of course, you spend $75, then—good news!—delivery is FREE.

When you sign up for your fresh produce box subscription, we’ll ask for credit, debit card or PayPal information. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. When your order checks out, we will place an authorisation hold on your account for the total of your order. Your card will automatically be charged the day after your box has been delivered for the final amount of your order.

We conduct something called a 'pre-authorisation request' of $1 whenever a new card is added, including when you sign up. This is NOT a charge and the transaction will disappear from your account within a few days.

 

We conduct this request to ensure the card details are correct, your card is valid and active, and your bank will accept future charges from Good Fruit.

Remove items from your cart:

Click the minus sign on any item in your cart. Only one in your cart? One click and, poof! It's gone.

Substitute:

Click the "Sub" button in your cart and select a new item from the options you're shown. To add more, click the quantity below the "Sub" button. Quickly add to your cart:

Browse by aisle or use the search bar to find your weekly groceries. Click the plus sign to add items to your cart. Want more than one? Click the quantity until you've got as many as you need.

Add Recurring Items:

Select the Recurring tab from the home page navigation bar. Browse items available to add to your Recurring order. When you find your weekly staples, open the product and select "Add to recurring order." Adjust the quantity until it's just right.

Our service area is growing! We’re now delivering to virtually all of Perth between Yanchep and Rockingham.

We start delivering at 6 AM and strive to finish all deliveries by 9 PM, though sometimes our drivers are delayed by traffic, bad weather, or other factors we can’t control. Our drivers will knock to let you know your box has arrived. Nobody needs to be home, we'll simply leave it at your door.

While not all locations have delivery available every day of the week, we try to make sure each suburb has at least two options to choose from. You’ll see the list of available days in your location when you set your delivery day preferences. You can also see and choose from your available options by going here.

No problem! We’ll leave your box right by your front door for you to bring inside when you get home. You’ll get an email notification letting you know your order has been delivered.

Feel free to leave your cooler Esky outside for us to pick up when we delivery your next order.

We work hard to ensure everything gets to your doorstep in great condition and even do extensive testing to make certain that if the box is left on your doorstep for extended periods, the food is still fresh, safe, and happy when you bring it inside. When summer heats up, we pack your produce with ice packs to keep your order cool. When it’s frigid outside, we wrap your Good Food with insulation to keep it from freezing on your doorstep. To help keep your food fresh in extreme temperatures, get your box inside as quickly as possible.

Yes. We can deliver to your work, school, or any address within our delivery range. We cannot deliver to a P.O. Box.

We’d appreciate it if you could leave empty delivery bags out for our staff to collect when delivering your next order. Cleaning and reusing these bags enables us to minimise waste and continue offering the best possible value. 

Get your online grocery shopping done even faster and easier when you add items you buy every week to Recurring Orders. Then when your Weekly Order is created, these items will automatically appear in your order.

You'll see the Recurring Orders link when you click on individual items like milk, eggs, bread, apple, yoghurt, lettuce, and more. Click the link to add these items to your Recurring Order.

Since prices on items may change weekly, you'll only get the item at the sale price when it's on sale. You always will be charged the week's current price for the product.

Sure! Just go to your Order at right on the homepage and change the quantity to what you need this week. That way, it will remain in your Recurring Order for future weeks.

Simply click on the item you’d like to remove from your Recurring Order and select “Remove from recurring order.

If you need to add additional quantities of items you normally have in your recurring order just for the current week, simply go to your Order at the right on the homepage and click the number - you will see it add items and the number will turn green indicating that the change is only for one week.  If you need more on a regular basis, click on the individual item and then add more and then click the Update recurring link.

Need an extra loaf of bread this week? Need fewer bananas? No problem. You can add or subtract items from your Recurring Order. Simply find the item you need to update in your order on the right side of the home page. Change the quantity to reflect your needs—the number will turn green to indicate that the change is only for this week. The original number you have set for Recurring will stay the same, but this week, your box will have just the right amount.


Need to change the quantity of a Recurring item for the foreseeable future? Click on the individual item to view the product page. From there, update the quantity and click “Update recurring” to ensure your Recurring Order reflects the changes.

We try to keep items in stock, but sometimes, we sell out. If we are out of an item in your Recurring Order, we'll let you know on delivery day with a sticker on your box. You will not be charged for any out-of-stock items.

Right now you can't add that product to your Recurring Order, but we're adding popular products all the time. Be on the lookout for the blue shopping cart icon appearing on your favourite foods. Feel free to let customer care know what additional items you'd like to see available for Recurring Orders so we can make our buying teams aware of your request.
